Remarks

Good aspects are reputation, best studies, best teachers, good facilities, placements in nice companies and no bad aspects. Fill the form and deposit required documents alongside with the fees and i got admission The college is near my house and it has lesser fees than other colleges with these kind of best facilities. Just google about DAV College, jalandhar. I found very good things about the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to do commerce from start. I just love accounts and economics, so that's why i choose this course. A very good bunch of best teachers over students. All faculty members are well qualified, cleared ugc-net, are doctorate . Teaching method is mostly on black board and theoretically and little older types. Yes, exams are on time and it is very difficult to pass.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus placement from second year if there is any company hiring the students for internships. Otherwise final year students are eligible in every placement. Approx. 50 companies visited our campus and more than 300+ students were placed in different Companies. Percentage of students getting placed is generally high Highest package is 10 lakhs provided by lido learning I want to get a job after degree

Fees and Financial Aid

General category students gave 45000 to 50,000 per year fees, but SC quota students gave approx. rs.10000 for the studies in college. I think this is the best part of the college I got scholarship of SC quota named ASHIRWAAD SCHOLARSHIP

Campus Life

Various departments of studies conducted various functions every year of freshers party and farewell party in various months There are so many books approx. 5-6 lakhs books in library . Every book is available which i need to do my studies. Amenities in the classroom are benches for students, dice and chair for teacher, proper lights and fans, and CCTV also available in each and every classroom. Nss, Ncc and various sports games were organised. Youth festival are also hosted by my college. Students runs various insta pages of DAV college like officialdavcollegejalandhar, placementcelldavcollege etc.etc.

Interview Experience

I just got a little conversation with principal sir while i got first time admission in that college.

A Balanced and Practical College Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course for its strong focus on accountng and finance. The cirriculum was relavant and compreshive, helpful for higher studies. Exams were semester wise moderate . More practical tarining and case studies are needed.

My Honest Experience at DAVIET

Placement Experience:

In btech form the 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. the highest placement is for 70,00,000 Lpa in btech. students of MBA also hold chances for placements. The placements are not in big 4 but still in genuine and great companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum relevant. Provide with practical and theoretical knowledge. But needs some improvement with the teaching method. That is need of some projector in the classrooms. Placement Experience:

They provide placement in last year of course. The students visited the Reliance stores, amazon, icici prudentials etc. , Highest package given is 7 lac per annum and average is 5 lac per annum. 80% Students got placements each year. My plans is to pursue my llb degree in khalsa college of law amritsar after completing bcom degree and part time job
