Remarks

If you want education in Private College Poornima is best but if you want to roam around like commerce stream no its not for you. Admission process is as simple as school admission. I use to go to this college. Just search poornima.com

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to be the software engineer. Faculty and student were good as you can see computer engineering is the best engineering course. Student was around 30 only so small group easy to handle and learning everything peacefully. All faculty were Mtech holder. 2 internal and one final in each semester. Need to maintain 75% at any cost.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

From 7th sem you are eligible for any placements. Infosys wipro tata etc. Many big industries come for placement in campus. 3 lakh per annum is the maximum package and average 1.39 lakh per annum. Above 60% you need to maintain at any cost without any back. Well I will become a software engineer.

Fees and Financial Aid

Each semester fees was 70000 but after including other thing it was around 83000. You can opt out for various scholarship I can't specify which one because one is for merit another one for minors.

Campus Life

Aarohan is a big gig in the college it was one and only fest hold in Poornima. Other than aarohan there are tech fest and all but it was not sure that it would happen or not. Library has all type of refresher and question paper other than that novels and personality development books also available. Well apart from football and cricket there are all sports available. 4 group cultural literature techno environment.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.
