Remarks
The management is overall helpful. The good thing about the college is the extra curricular you get here. Moreover you can be a part of lots of concurrent projects which hardly happens in other colleges. We have a student council who takes care of the needs of the students. The college also takes the feedback of the students in various aspects.
Entrance Preview
CAT 95 percentile. It was one of my option .it was a decent college in Mumbai which offers a lot of extra curricular activities, thus making a good fit for me.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course has 4 electives. marketing, which is considered to be the best option here, finance, hr and operations management. The first year however remains the same and we have to chose in tge second year only.
Internships Opportunities
There are various companies. Which come to our campus on a regular basis. This time we had Nestle, Hul, Deloitte, JP Morgan chase, Morgan Stanley, Piramal, VVF, Sanofi and many more. The stipend offered by these on an average is 30 thousand per month.
Placement Experience
More than 100 are placed till now out of 120.Companies - Cognizant, Piramal, Sanofi, Marsh india, capgemini, Infosys and mang moreThey offered on an average 10 lakhs per annum.
College Events
We have a lot of celebrations including - Dandia night, christmas, holi, melange, all iz well. The footfall in these events varies with a minimum of 1000.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is feasible with 4lakhs for a year. The hostel accommodation for one year is around 1 lakh and the mess charges for a year is around 35 thousand.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various loans that a student can take. We have the college listed in various banks. I took loan for studies from oriental bank of commerce. The management also helps in giving various opportunities.
Campus Life
We have a large number of extra curricular activities on the campus. We have various exclusive committee for which a student can be a part of and some non exclusive committee also. We have a lot of in house hostel parties. We have a diverse crowd here with people coming from all parts of the country. A lot of cultural and sport events and much more.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are triple sharing with enough space for each person. We have a gym, running track, badminton court, squash court, football ground, basketball court, lawn tennis court. Mess food is generally good and the food is served 4 times a day.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is growing stronger and stronger each day. We have a dedicated alumni committee working for that. The alumni are placed all over the world and they are invited in various events throughout the year.
Exam Structure
The exams are held after 2 months of the sadt of the trimester. We use our labs frequently. So overall the pressure is on the students with the intensity slightly more in exams.
Faculty
The college has a perfect blend of permanent and visiting faculties. Most of them are permanent with a very good experience in industries and some of them come to campus as visiting faculty.
