BAMS Review on Ayurvedic Medical Science

The course curriculum is not that vast it has been divided into 5-1/2 years. In every year the subjects vary from 4-5 subjects per year so that the student do not have any problem in preparing. This helps the students to understand the syllabus easily. Now if we talk about the course fee the fee is comparatively lesser than any other course. The fee is in between 25000INR to 3.25Lakh/annum. The fee structure varies from college to college.

The placements and the job opportunities are vast in this field. The scope of the employment of this course is not only in India but has grown to the western countries as well.The candidate who has done the degree in BAMS is eligible to be called as a doctor. The employment is eligible in both private and public sector.The candidate also have an opportunity to open their own Ayurveda shop. Some of the job profiles are as in Therapist,category manager,Ayurvedic doctor, Assistant claims manager and many more. If we talk about the placement there is a placement cell in the college itself. The university decides to give the internship to the candidate depending on the eligibility of the same.

The fee structure is very feasible of the university. The course fee varies from 25000 to 3.2 LPA .The fees are not very expensive and nominal and can be paid semester vise or if the student want can pay annually. The student can acquire the details of the fees at the time of the admission it self and can pay accordingly.

If we talk about the hostel facility of baba farid university they are well managed and costs at 40 k per annum. They also include the facilities of Wifi, libraries etc and they are quite well maintained. Food quality of the hostel is also well satisfied. Activities like sports,seminars and cultural activities do take place often in the auditorium of the university. The students are allowed to go outside the campus for various workshops to be attended.

This course of BAMS(Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences) has been the top in my list as i have seen that Ayurveda has changed its shape and popularity in this modern world. It has taken the front seat now as not only in India but in other foreign countries as well. As because it does not have any side effect of these medicines as they are being prepared with natural herbs,plants and vegetables which has more benefits of their own and do not cause any harm to the human body.The employment scope is also available in both private and public sectors.

The faculty of the college is very hardworking and helpful. The teaching methods are very innovative and and good and easy to understand. The class timings of the Baba Farid University are between 8 to 2. The faculties keep on giving the assignments frequently so that the students are in touch of the studies and keep on revising the studies and be up to the mark. The final exams in this university take place annually and they do take internal exams twice a year to weigh the knowledge and studies of the students.
