Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of the course is 2 years and it is divided into 4 semesters each. The course curriculum is very engaging and has been prepared with the utmost dedication and is updated every year to include all the never ending changes in the corporate sector. The exam time used to be the most stressful time of the year and helped us realise our full potential.
Placement Experience
The placements at NMIMS are at par with the IIMs thanks to the extraordinary placement cell of our college. Almost all the best companies in the corporate sector of India recruits students from our college. Currently, the highest package at NMIMS for MBA is 34.11 Lakhs and the average salary package is 17.58 lakhs for the batch 2018-2020.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is quite expensive but the college?s reputation is what attracts the students all over India to apply here. The university charges Rs. 9.25 lakhs each year for a course duration of 2 years. When it comes to fees structure, it is a bit pricey but it has a brand name which can?t be overlooked.
Campus Life
The life at NMIMS is every student?s dream. It is fun, tensed and full of excitement. People from all over India come here. Our college has hostels for both boys and girls. There are a lot of PGs in and around the campus area making the commute very comfortable for every student. We also have a lot of societies to keep every students interest. Thus, it is the perfect kind of college life a student wants.
Admission
I got a score of 205 in my NMAT exam in 2015. NMIMS didn?t top my list of good B-school in India but it was there. Getting into NMIMS was not a cake walk especially because it has only 120 seats for its MBA programme. After not being able to get into IIMs, NMIMS was my only option left so I wanted to give my best shot to get into this Institute. I got a call from NMIMS for the second round of admission process which was GD+PI and a case study discussion. I had prepared well for this round and as a result was able to dazzle in this round. It was a great experience and I am glad I could do masters from one of the top B-School of India.
Faculty
Teacher faculty at NMIMS is impeccable and top notch. All of them are UpToDate with the latest changes in the syllabus and teaching style. We used to have regular case study competitions. The teachers also made us engage in group discussions and asked us to do presentations which has been really helpful in our overall growth.
