Entrance Preview

I had appeared for CMAT and had scored 97 percentile.I opted for this college .Because it is one of the best colleges for fresher and offers quite decent packages for freshers.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have 3 courses offered in WeSchool- PGDM, PGDM EBIZ and PGDM Business Design.Also we have 4 specializations offered - Operations, Marketing, Finance and HR.No specialization for Business Design students.

Internships Opportunities

Generally every one gets placed trough college for summer internship. Avg package offered here is 20-25k for summers .IT firms, Manufacturing firms, retail firms and some Banks visited the campus for Summers. Also few start ups and market research firms visited the firm.

College Events

We have a lot of technical and management events in our campus such as round tables where experts from most of the top firms visit our campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We charges 4.3 lpa admission fees and 90000 per year for hostel accomodation. We have to pay the fee in 4 installments of 2.15 lpa each.Fees is feasible because the ROI is also very good.

Hostel Facilities

We have a private hostel where we live in double occupancy.Rooms are very good and they charge 90000 per year. The food is decent in the hostel canteen and also we have 24/7 cafe open in our hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

We have several alumni meets held in college. Also we have sports competitions such as joga-bonito and weckt every year where our alumni also take part in it.

Exam Structure

We have a trimister pattern. So we have exams every 3 months and 2 months of summer internship. Around 8-9 subjects are included in every trimister.

Faculty

Very experienced faculty. Most of them have industry experience and are Phd holders. It has almost 30 permanent faculty and 60 odd visiting faculty.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

i think that admission process of my college goes in stages. filling the form, appearing for interviews, waiting to get shortlisted, and waiting for months. then finally getting a call for admission and counselling. Wschool has a good brand with a great reputation and is very well collected with the corporate world. I took e-business as their flagship course because as situated in Bangalore city, you will get a lot of electronic exposure. For admission, you have to clear any management exam and need to satisfy their cutoff range. after completing the cutoff range you will be called for GDPI in college.
