Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum follows standard books and teaching techniques. It is a 5 years and 6 months long course with more importance given to practicality of a topic. We ge to testify every theory topic taught in classroom. And I think this is more needed as after te degree we need to have more and more practical knowledge and understanding of topics. Additionally we get 1 year, i.e. 5th year, for mandatory internship.
Placement Experience
Students preparing for government jobs get sufficient time to carry out their studies. Our college renders internship opportunities but they are very restricted and also we don't really get stipends. But to get internships apart from college, we have many options as doctors are required everywhere in Indian hospitals.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not really feasible for middle or lower class students. Many people might have to take loans. It is 5.5 year long course with ?17,37,000 fee for 1st year exclusive of hostel charges. Then for second, third and fourth year it is ? 12,37,000 and ? 7,03,500 for fifth and final year.
Campus Life
We have many sources of enjoyment like basketball court, gymnasium hub for exercising, badminton court and big grounds for football matches or cricket tournaments. We also have laboratories of Chemistry, Biology and Physics where we can test the practicality. There are lecture rooms and auditoriums for seminars.
Hostel Facilities
We have seperate hostel for girls and boys. The tution fees and hostel fees have to be separately submitted. It is nearly ?10,000/- per month for hostel and it includes mess fees. The food quality is not really up to the mark. We have special menus for festivals like Holi, Diwali, Eid.
Alumni/Alumna
The students are helpful. My batchmates share notes and other equipments if need be. Even my seniors help me by sharing notes and information that you as them for. Apart from studies also they help you with money or whatever you need. They are very kind and generous.
Admission
I scored 58% in my 12th standard. My subjects im 10+2 were Physics, chemistry and biology. When, after boards, I was searching for colleges in collegedunia.com I came across this one and did all the enteries then. Also I went for choosing this one because it was nearee to my location as compared to any other good college.
Faculty
The faculties are very supportive and caring. They look after every child and make sure they achieve success like others. Professors are very friendly and that is why we don't hesitate to ask them for any queries that we have. And they teach us by examples and diagrams so that we don't forget.
