MBBS course at Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University - [MPMSU]

The course curriculum for MBBS is extensive and due attention has been given to it while preparing it. The curriculum takes into account the practicality as well as the knowledge of the subject. Therefore, we have a lot of lab classes to give us first hand experience of what is written in the book. The duration of the course is 5 years and 5 months and we have regular annual exams with internals and practical taken in between.

The college provides numerous internship and placement opportunities but those are provided on the basis of academics and performance in practical. Others have to apply in various private as well as public hospitals to seek a job. However, the reputation of the college is bound to get you in.

The fee of the college is moderate as compared to any other medical college. For some students the fees might be a bit on the higher side but taking into consideration the opportunities that we are provided, it?s worth it. Moreover, the college provides some relaxation to the students with low income background.

The students in our college are involved in different type of co-curricular activities like sports, music, dance, art, debate, etc. Thus, creating a very jubilant environment. The infrastructure of the college is also very well-maintained and we even have hostels for outstation students.

The total intake in Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University - [MPMSU] is 150 students for MBBS. The selection criteria is based on your marks scored in NEET and you should have scored more than minimum marks specified in all the subjects in 10+2. The admission process is trouble-free and you have to apply for NEET online. You will be asked to submit some documents along with your 10+2 scorecard and once the NEET result is out, you have to take part in the seat allotment process. You will finally be allotted a seat in a Medical College depending upon your score in the allotment rounds.

Our university has recruited some of the best professors in the field to teach us the subject with dedication and maximum understanding. The teachers have grip over the subject and take regular classes and lab sessions. We are free to approach our teachers anytime of the day if we do not understand any topic.
