Course Curriculum Overview
B.com is a three year program divided into six semesters. In the first year we are taught about basic techniques of accountancy and the general rules of debit and credit that we have learnt in class 12. Thereafter starting from second year we are taught about the financial models and international business.
Placement Experience
The highest package recorded in 2019 was 9 lpa and the average was 4 lpa . Our college gives the students various placements opportunities as many top companies recruit students for top profile positions like assistant manager , Regional & product manager , Finance analyst and many more . Our college also offer summer in internship programs starting with a stipend of 7000.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my course is around 56,400 for every year . I consider the fees very feasible looking at the infrastructure that they provide us . The hostel and mess charges are also around 20000 . There is a one time non refundable fees which we need to deposit at the beginning of our first year .
Campus Life
The labs of the college are well maintained and clean . There are many festivals held in our college like durga pooja , diwali , holi , bihu and many more so that the students can come together and narrow their regional differences . Many sports activities like really race , table tennis , horse riding etc are also held in our college to boost the morale of the students.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are really helpful . We have a alumni group where many seniors organize conferences , to share their experience about the industry they are working with , how to had to cope up with the other people out there and many more .
Admission
The admission process is conducted online as well as offline . I applied to the college via online mode . One need to have at least 50% in his/her 12th standard and must have passed the exam from a recognized university with English as a compulsory subject..After that I had filled all my details in the registration form online and thereafter I was given admission in the college.
Faculty
The teachers of our college are very disciplined . They always give us timely assignments so as to check our performance that whether we are understanding the concepts or not. Even if any student has a doubt about some topic it is taken up by the teachers and answered willfully with the help of examples so that we can understand better.
