My Life in MUIT, Uttar Pradesh

This college is really great in terms of academics, infrastructure and in other fields as well. The hostel facilities are really good with enough spaces and proper sanitized lavatories. We also have a huge library with books related to academics and other literature and novels as well. Wi-Fi facilities with 24*7 internet connection in hostels. Well-equipped and highly mechanized labs which are always available and accessible by every student.

At least for me the course curriculum is pretty good. The course is not that hard and is usually completed before semester exams. Exams and labs are conducted not so frequently but have a little bit pressure on students. So I am pretty happy with my college course curriculum.

Placements and job opportunities for our college are amazing and great as well. Companies which come for the recruitment like Samsung, Apollo tyres and many more like this. We also have a placement cell for student's career counselling. Yes, the college provides internships programs that too with well-settled companies which provide better experience and stipend as well.

The fee structure of this institute for B.Tech is about Rs 3.2 lakhs, which I think is feasible and a bit expensive for some students but they can also apply for scholarships provided by the institute. My course fees include Rs 40,000 tuition fees per semester. Some students can also apply for loan and complete their graduation from this institute.

Extra-curricular activities are entirely good here. We have various convocations, conferences on several social issues, software workshops as well. We also have sports club for cricket, football, basketball in which we have active participation from students.

Getting admission in this private institute for B.Tech is similar to other colleges for the same. After completing 10+2 boards with minimum of 50% in PCM, students are eligible for the MUIT entrance test conducted by the institute. Admission is provided on the basis of marks you have scored in the entrance exam and later if qualified will be called for an interview. As I was having enough scoring in interview followed by an entrance test followed by boards, I landed myself in this college.

Faculties here are very friendly and quite knowledgeable and experience as well. They also conduct regular lectures for at least 3-4 hours on a single go. They always clear doubts in the class itself and also take extra classes if the course is not over before semester exams.
