Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated to North Eastern Hill University and the course is recognized by the Medical Council of India. Generally the course starts during the month of August every year with 50 students per batch. The course duration is 4 years with an internship of one year followed by it.
Placement Experience
The college provides internship opportunity to all the students after completing the course. The students get exposed to real-life cases and they work under senior doctors during this period. They are also asked to work in different departments on rotation to make sure that they are able to deal with all kinds of cases.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is negligible when contrasted with other medical colleges. It costs me around 13,000 for the course which is way affordable and additionally it requires training fees and examination fees. The college has reserved seats for SC and ST students.
Campus Life
The campus life is very enjoyable. The labs are also very well developed with all the equipment. We also celebrates sport day as well as annual day also every month there is a guest lecture.
Admission
NEET UG examination scores and 12th standard scores together are considered for admission. There are 50 seats in the college and admission is done via counselling process. Most of the times the cut off is ranging between 96 to 97% with a minimum of 50% score in the 12th std exams.
Faculty
The faculty create a learning atmosphere for the student it is very necessary for learning and understanding. The faculty are highly experienced in their field.
