Course Curriculum Overview
The course is designed as per the MBBS standard. Relevant topics are included, and they are arranged to help us understand the subjects. Examinations are held regularly to test our understanding, ad it can become a little hectic.
Placement Experience
Placement statistics are improving every year, and the college authorities help to prepare and provide support. They also help with the internship that is mandatory at the end of the course duration.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is on the expensive side, but in comparison to most other universities of similar standing, and also considering the infrastructure and facilities we are provided with, I'd say most of the fees turns out to be worth it.
Campus Life
There are different extracurricular activities, from cultural to technical to sporting. They are a good way to develop our hobbies and indulge in different things. There are workshops and seminars from time to time, as well as festivals. the geneder ratio is not bad, and there isn't much discrimination either.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are quite decent. People from all over the state take up the hostel accommodations, and we get fairly good facilities. There's no ragging, due to strict anti-ragging statutes, and the authorities always have a wathful eye on the hostel.
Admission
Admission to this course at KNRUHS is via the centralised NEET UG examination. I had given the entrance examination, and after results came, I got here through the counseling process. I had selected KNRUHS because I'm a Telangana native, which would help me in this process, and that despite the University being relatively new, it still had a good reputation
Faculty
So far, in my one year at the college, I have not met all of the faculty members. But the ones I have met, have been very good in their teaching methods and providing us with hands-on experience. They are all very qualified, and they have their unique ways of making the topics interesting for us.
