Friend?s teacher?s staff patients all provide a very friendly atmosphere which is the best part of college life. There are also some very slight disadvantages but they are nothing compared to the good stuff. The college is the top class with education as well as the climate and College management was very much helpful to me.

The Course curriculum for medical student is difficulty planned as has to study for long hours but at the same time it has to be lively in extracurricular activities. On basis of theory and knowledge class are taken alternate shifts. In future you need to be modernized with the latest progress, u need to convert a lot and remember lot more. SSMC have 19 subjects in 4.5 yr course plus 1 yr internship. SSMC don?t have a semester pattern as exam pattern is yearly full course examination with theory and practical examinations.

Many companies offering jobs so many students go placed also. Got to get an interview and get placed with a first-class package, medical colleges have internship as part of their course structure which students. Students from weak monetary status can apply for government scholarship programme.

I feel, the college fee structure is bit on the higher side is a bit expensive. The annual tuition fees of MBBS are Rs 100,000 which is not very economical or affordable. At the time of admission you have to pay 30,000 Rs. Fees can be paid by online and offline mode.

The campus is self-sufficient in many ways and well maintained. A number of well developed gardens are in the campus and apart from it a bank, hostels having sports and recreation facilities are available. Our institute is situated in the heart of the city, all kinds of facilities of shopping and amenities are available within five minutes walking distance. Sports ground is also available in college for playing basketball volleyball and cricket. Various functions are organized by students on different festivals and occasion of importance.

Most of senior students start working in college itself in various departments. The college seniors are helpful in studies and various other activities. They provide notes for test, sometimes teach junior students; also help in supervision without any hesitate.

SSMC full form is Shyam Shah Medical College which is the oldest medical college in Madhya Pradesh. SSMC offers a yearly intake of 100 undergraduate?s candidates for MMBS with 25 seats and 50 post graduate candidates in MS, MD and Diploma. SSMC offers 16 courses across 3 streams namely Medical, Pharmacy, Paramedical and across 4 degrees like MBBS, MD, MS and Diploma.

The faculty here is very knowledgeable, have good basics which makes your learning very easy. Although some subjects have to be self studied. Teachers are all degree one and very helpful. Only books do not make a better doctor but the experience of our teachers during teaching is more helpful for us. Our Course period is 5 and half years.
