Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum maintains the standard of all MBBS courses throughout the country. The topics are important ones that we must know while studying such an important subject. The practical classes supplemented our theoretical knowledge, and there were regular examinations held.
Placement Experience
There is the compulsory internship at the end of the course, which the college helps us with. The Institute has a placement cell that helps us with registration at all the statutory bodies and connects us with recruiting hospitals or firms.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very expensive. The tuition fee is 2000000 per year, along with a one-time eligibility fee of 100000 per year. This is a very high amount of money required, and most wouldn't be able to afford this.
Campus Life
There are a number of seminars and conferences held for the students to improve their knowledge base and develop their skills. The Plexus event is a platform where we were all able to showcase our scientific abilities. The college has an anti-ragging cell, and a complaint committee to help the students. There's also a Student's council.
Admission
I took admission at Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Medical College in the year 2014. At that time, admission was on the basis of the state medical entrance test. Now, however, the entry is through the centralised NEET exam.
Faculty
The faculty members were helpful and supportive. They taught us all the important topics really well, and guided us through the more delicate topics well. They helped us see the real-world impact of our studies here.
