Course Curriculum Overview
EWIT is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technology University, Belgaum. It follows the basic rules and protocols given by the university. The course curriculum is vast and needs a lot of hard work and dedication, but, assures knowledge to the very roots of the subject. Exams are conducted in semesters to test the logical and practical thinking of the students.
Placement Experience
The EWIT offers extraordinary placements and job opportunities. The on-campus recruitment of our college is one of a kind. Students start with an average package of 3.24 lakhs. Internships are also well-encouraged by the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees charged for the four year B.E course is Rs.2,16,857/- . The fees seems to be a bit high but is nothing compared to the outstanding education and placements offered by the college. The fees is understandable and feasible.
Campus Life
Our college has separate sports team which participates in different inter-college competitions. Lab facilities are also present for the advancement and practical application of courses for the better learning experience of students.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, hostel facilities are given to us. Hygienic rooms with good sanitation and water supply is provided by the college. The hostel infrastructure is also worth mentioning and there are separate hostels for girls and boys to maintain safety and privacy of each and every student.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors of the college deserve a mention as they are very helpful and supportive. They help us a lot in deeply understanding the lectures and cope up with the campus environment within a short duration of time.
Admission
After my boards results were out I appeared for the COMED-K examination as the I had the basic eligibility criteria. After the COMED-K results I a state level counselling was organised and I eventually got admitted to the college. The procedure is a very simple one.
Faculty
The EWIT has an outstanding faculty with supportive and enthusiastic professors. Their guidance has always made me feel at home. Each and everyone in the faculty are highly educated and enriched with a lot of experience.
