The course curriculum for MBBS is designed and set by the medical council board of India. It includes theoretical knowledge and practical teaching methods with an extensive focus on research. The labs are frequent and very helpful.

The placement and job opportunities n our college are very good. We are trained well right form first year to prepare us for future jobs. The college has placement network with good hospitals. We also have internship after our fourth year.

Since this is a government college, the fee amount is feasible for all the students. The total fee amount is 1.7 lakhs and these can be paid in yearly instalments of 30k. The admission fees is 2k only. There are some other expenses that total to 1.77 lakhs.

There are government issued scholarships for students who have excelled exceptionally in academics. There are scholarships for minorities and reserved sections as well. These scholarships even cover substantial fee amount.

There are many extracurricular activities in our college. We have blood donation camps, medical awareness camps among other drives and awareness events. We also have sports events and sports meets for the students.

The hostel facility is provided for the students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are average in size and fairly okay. The mess food is also good only. The room availability is enough for the students.

The admission in this college requires the student to appear for NEET which is the entrance test for medical aspirants all over India. The rank in NEET is the merit ranking based on which cut-offs and seats are allotted. I got rank under this college's cut-off rank and so I just had to submit my documents and pay the fees during counselling.

The faculty of our college includes some very established doctors who have excelled in their fields. They have good teaching experience and use effective methods to impart their knowledge onto us. They are also very helpful.
