The institution always takes effort to expose students to the corporate world and provide them hands-on experience in the industry. The education provided is remarkable. I had a great journey with this institution.
Course Curriculum Overview
We have a dynamic and contemporary course content. In the first year we were introduced to the foundation subjects of management such as Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and others. Then at the end of the first year we went for SIP (Summer Internship Program) for 8 weeks. In the second year we got to specialize in an area of interest where we can choose from Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR.We had internal exams at the institutional level and semester exams conducted by the university.
Placement Experience
College provides tons of job opportunities. Amazon, Google, Mc Donalds, Puma, ITC, Bosch, HDFC Bank, RBI etc., are few of the recruiters that visit the college. Average salary package is Rs. 9.67LPA. We had summer internships at the end of the first year. Average stipend given was Rs. 45,000.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Annually I paid about Rs. 8L. Hostel fee doesn't include in these. Although it seems expensive, it is still feasible given the placement rates and quality education. Most of the students are recruited during placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided by the college on the basis of merit. Merit scholarships are awarded if you have a minimum GPA of 7.50. You can avail for student loans from banks. Most students pursue their MBA that way. Since the university is reputed it will be easy to get one too.
Campus Life
There are many student communities in the college. The students in the committee involve in important activities around the college from admission to placement. Besides that, there are numerous clubs active in the campus such as Hippocambus, PRISym, Opsession, Finerfy, Ensemble, Saaz etc., embracing different interests of the students.
Admission
Admission process consists of 4 steps; Symbiosis National Aptitude Test Score, Group Exercise, Personal Interaction andWriting Ability Test. Your performance in all of these decides your admission. Besides that you must be a graduate from a recognized university with a minimum 50% marks.
Faculty
All of the members of faculty are highly qualified. Majority have more than 10 years of experience. They put so much effort in taking classes and are really supportive and friendly. They help us to prepare for placements.
