Course Curriculum Overview
The course is structured in a way such that, it focuses on management, finance and marketing. The course is filled with lots of fun activities incorporated in it, so that the students will understand its practicality. The exam patterns are similar to engineering streams and are conducted two times per year.
Placement Experience
The placement records are equally good in this college. Not many complains in this regard. There is a separate placement cell managing and tracking all the details about the students who are getting placed. The placement cell also helps in improving the aptitude and other industrial skills necessary for the students to crack a company's placement test and interview.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since my college is a government college, there are no issues regarding the fees structure. The fees demand are reasonable and feasible. They are not expensive for even for families with lower income background. They can easily manage to arrange it. I had to pay around 16,200 INR per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are not many scholarship programs in the college, but the scholarships are provided to many students as per the government guidelines for students with lower financial stability. Some of the meritorious students are awarded with scholarships from the university at times.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities taking place in this college are balanced. Not too any events as well as strict academics performance. There are options for students to play various games and competitions, but they are not considered as a part of the curriculum imposed.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is good and there is separate cell tracking on those too. There are regular meet up with the alumnus and interaction sessions to gain knowledge about various opportunities available outside.
Admission
The students who want to pursue their MBA in this college has to take up a entrance exam conducted by the college itself, called as management entrance test (MET). But I was exempted from the entrance exam, as I had valid CMAT score. After the entrance examinations scores are out,all the students are given seats based on the merit list.
Faculty
The faculties of this college, especially my department are one of the best staffs present here. They are full of knowledge and you get inspired by them, seeing their ability of marketing and other skills. They can be approached whenever we need them and they will definitely help out without bias.
