Remarks
I had an amazing experience at SIBM. The infrastructure was excellent and faculty was experienced. The library was stacked with very helpful books and guides according to the course. The hostel infrastructure can be improved a little.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure here at SIBM was exceptionally good. The exams were conducted frequently and it left us exhausted and the workload sometimes got too much. But all of it helped us become experts in multi tasking and time management.
Placement Experience
The placement percentage during my final year was 80% and the students were recruited by some top quality companies like ITC, GCPL, Castrol etc. The maximum salary offered to students was about 30 lakhs per annum with an average salary of 13 lakhs per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for MBA from SIBM is very expensive. The total annual fees was about 10 lakhs without including hostel fees which had extra charges. It proved to be difficult for me to pay for the annual fees but i got a high paying job after completing my studies which was worth the expenses.
Campus Life
SIBM has a multitude of cultural social clubs and events that are organized regularly. I participated in many corporate competitions and projects to enhance my skills and help in improving myself. There was a friendly environment among the students irrespective of caste, religion, and economic status.
Admission
I was told about this college by a friend who was a student here at SIBM. I researched about the MBA program as i was interested in pursuing it from a reputed college with great placement opportunities. The admission requirements include good scores in SNAP.
Faculty
The faculty were very friendly with us and had a helpful attitude towards the students. They helped us in every aspect and taught us to tackle every situation professionally. The teachers are also very well qualified and experienced which proved extremely helpful.
