Symbiosis of many provides various specialisation under MBA. I chose to do MBA in finance. I choose MBA because I am good in accountancy. The course structure is flexible and everything is explained before the starting of the course.

After completion of the course the student need not to worry about the job and symbiosis businessman is very famous Institute and you get the job easily.Placement and job opportunities are very well supported by the institute. The highest package offered ever in is about 17 lacs per annum. The company that visits for hiring is Wipro, ICICI Bank, and more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Symbiosis Institute of business management very famous and it is a private Institute. MBA in finance is a two years course. Fees for one year is about rupees 670000 and the whole seeds for the course is Rs.1320000.

Campus Life

Campus life is good because of the extra curricular activities. Environment of the campus is calm and quite most of the times.As students concentrate on the studies. But events like farewell,seminare , annual day changes the atmosphere of the institute.

Admission

I filled the application form online. The main criteria for admission in the college is based on snap exam that is price and that symbiosis conduct and it is Computer based. Applicant must have scored 50% plus in graduation can apply for SNAP.

Faculty

There are online is also taken by the faculty. Some guest lecturer were also there. They are totally professional in their work. They are strict towards the students who dont submit the files on time.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Life at SIBM NAGPUR

SNAP test is mandatory for any Symbiosis college. VAT, GDPI sessions are taken during admission process. 60 percentile is the cut off for SIBM Nagpur. SNAP test is conducted thrice a year. MY EXPERIENCE AT SIMB NAGPUR

Admission process at my college was very easy and was not weary as admission processes are assumed to be. The Eligibility criteria was as follows: Graduation from any recognised University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade and 45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes. A graduate from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU). One has to fill the application form for the course they want to opt for and then register for SNAP, Symbiosis National AptitudeTest. The application fee for SNAP is Rs 1,750 for all programmes. Candidates can pay the application fee online as well as offline. Admission to MBA programme is based on SNAP scores. The candidate must hold a bachelor?s degree in the relevant discipline, to apply for the same.
