Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is of 4 years, it is a full time, On campus course. As I have chosen Mechanical as my stream, there are a lot of topics to learn in it. The course is approved by UGC and examinations too are on the basis of instructions laid by UGC. Everything, let it be exams or finishing of portions, it is perfectly oriented.
Placement Experience
As it is such a course, there are a lot of placement opportunities awaiting students. Many companies such as Muthoot, DynCorp, KMA and Tata visit our College every year with many job opportunities. Almost 54% of students get an internship. The highest salary package is 3.87LPA.
College Events
Our College celebrates every special day with various events. Culturals and Sports events are made colourful with the active participation of students. Annual day too is celebrated with dance, music and other programs. Many seminars, paper presentations, webinars etc. are also organised by the College.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Sharnbasva University is a private Institution and thus the fee structure is little expensive. Many of the middle class students find it difficult to afford the fees. But there are loan and other facilities that help such interested, talented students to attain education. The fee structure of Mechanical Engineering is around 2.38 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarship and loan facilities for the deserving ones. The government as well as University organises various scholarship and loan facilities for the betterment of students. Those students who belong to the reservation category too are benefited more from such facilities.
Campus Life
There are many extracurricular activities taking place in our college campus. We have workshops and training sessions at a regular basis. Our College also provides well maintained laboratory facilities, library and play fields. There is no Gender or political difference in the campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes there is an Alumni network working actively. The senior students are offering a lot of help for us. They are willing to share all their experiences and teach us whenever we face it difficult to understand. Noted are also shared by them. The motivation and encouragement provided by them is something great.
Admission
Engineering is a field that provides a range of career opportunities across all industries and thus I joined for BTech soon after 12th. Those candidates who seek admission in Sharnbasva University must have passed 10 + 2 equivalent with English as one of the languages and must have obtained a minimum of 45% in Science and Mathematics.
Faculty
We the students of Sharnbasva University is blessed to have such a wonderful, talented faculty who are supportive. They are experienced and uses the experience in a best way for the benefit of students. Each and every topic in the syllabus place taken in detail and we are free to ask any doubt regarding the class at any time.
