My college life

I always wanted to be an accountant that why I chose B.Com. my course has a duration of 3 years. After completing the course students can become Tax Specialist, Financial Consultant, Accountant and Investment Banker. The student will be able to learn about Business Organization & Management, Income Tax Laws & Practice, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and E-Commerce.

Placements are provided by the companies like Flipkart, Grapecity, HCL Tech, InnovAccer, LandisGyr Ltd., Jaypee Group, Jaro Education, Nestle, Sapient Nitro, McAfee, MTree, NTT DATA, ABC Consultants, Advait Life-Education, SunLife Financial, TCS, Assotech Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Career Launcher, Dion Global Solutions, Encyclopedia Britannica India, Executive Search, Genpact, IndusInd Bank, Intelivesto and many more. The range of the salary is from Rs 3 lakhs to 18 lakhs per annum.

Yes, the fees are very much feasible as compared with the course value. I paid INR 32,500 per annum in which all types of fees are included such as admission fees, books fees, tuition fees and exam fees. students have to pay extra fees for the hostel facility.

The college is very good at sports and completion like Inter Branch Basketball Tournament and Inter Branch Volleyball Tournament held every year. Trophies and rewards are distributed by the chief guest. The college has many rooms such as Lecture and tutorial rooms, Mini Auditoriums and Faculty rooms. computer and physics lab is provided to the students to gain better knowledge. The college has a huge library for the students which is having more than 2500 books of literature and commerce studies. the college provides the facility of the bank, Photocopy, Indoor and outdoor games and Tuck Shops for the students.

I got admission after completing my 10+2 in commerce background with a subject like mathematics, account and economics. The admission was given on the basis of marks. I had 80% in my 12th so I found my name on the first merit list. Then I went to the admission staff they just took an interview and gave me the admission confirmation letter.

Faculty are well educated and always try to fulfil the students demand. Faculties are very much co-operative specially Aman Poswal, Mohit Goyal, Rahul Kumar, Srishti Sharma and Harshita Garg who are the assistant professor of my course. Their lectures are so much impressive that students are able to clear their doubts on the topics.
