Course Curriculum Overview
The course is of 3 years and mainly focuses on accounting, finance, economics, banking law and practice et cetera. (I was just giving a summarised form of syllabus, visit the official site for more details).
Placement Experience
The internship opportunities provided by the college is pretty great. I was placed in a private accounting firm in my second year for a duration of three months. Companies like Amazon, Concentrix visit our campus for recruitment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The annual fees for B.Com Hons. is somewhere around 2000 INR and as the course is for 3 years the total fee is 6000 INR. The college is very affordable as compared to many other colleges in Gorakhpur.
Campus Life
The college features a huge library which is a paradise for book lovers, it features books from all genre and is filled with students all the time. The labs are well equipped and set up with contemporary machines.
Admission
The allotment of the seats is done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the college. The three-hour exam consists mostly of the MCQ with basic English, Gk and Mathematics questions. After clearing the exam, I was called for document verification.
Faculty
The professors are fun-loving and they value extracurricular activities as much as they value the academics. They impart knowledge and try their best to enhance the knowledge of their students by hosting seminars and guest lectures.
