Accurate review for Rathinam college of arts and science

The good aspects of the college are their infrastructure and hostel and the bad aspects are them some of the faculties and the college is located very far from the city which is difficult to get used to. The admission process is simple you can fill the application form and fill it out and submit it and then based on your marks scored in 10th and 12th they will select the candidates. The reason I chose this course is it is integrated with a b.com degree and ACCA exception of 6 papers professional course and there are few colleges with this course in Tamilnadu. According to me, the faculty doesn't live up to my expectations and some faculties don't know what they teach. The qualifications of the faculties are great but they lack practical knowledge because most of the faculties are just 3 to 5 years older than the students like 25,26 aged faculties so they lack the practical knowledge. The teaching methods were updated on a regular period and there is nothing problem in that. The exams were conducted by the interval of 25 to 30 days each will be model exams and 6 months once there will be a semester which will be conducted. The exams are pretty easy to pass.

Actually I don't know about the internship as the internships are allowed from 2nd year and I am a 1st-year student hut I have some knowledge which I gathered some seniors that college provides less internship from their own instead college Recommend some popular website like Internshala and many more to avail internship if you need them.

From a 3-year 1st semester onwards the students are eligible for the campus placements. There are many companies visited from Bangalore and Coimbatore for offering jobs and I think around 500 people got selected in their campus interview. The highest salary package which is received by one of my seniors last year is around 23,000 and the job was in Bangalore the company name is IBM. The average salary package normally offered is around 8000 to 12000 for freshers. The college as 100% of students getting placements. I would normally refuse whichever Job I get because I am going to pursue post-graduation and my professional course.

For my course, the fee structure is 40,000 per semester for 3 years and there will be an extra cost of around 2,000 for each semester which will be for record note, mark sheet, internal examination fees. There will be a scholarship for sports quota and caste quota and there is also a special scholarship based on your 12th mark. There will be a lot of internships available which you can avail if you need it and the campus interview gives most of the people jobs in big/small companies but the salary package will below which you wouldn't even expect it.

There will be a lot of fests conducted in this college which many other colleges will participate and the fest will enjoy if you are really interested in it. The fest will be conducted regularly with a 1-month interval each. The library only has educational purpose books and journals and not any kind of novel. The availability of each book is limited and they are useful if you really need it. Sports activities are a bit difficult to participate as it is only for sports quota students if you have to join the college's sports team you have to get Recommended by any of the faculty. Extra curriculum activities are most welcomed by the college and they will give on duty as much as you want if the purpose is extra curriculum activities. There are many clubs and social groups you can join like the college's youtube channel and the college's own radio FM.

The hostel room I have chosen is 4 member sharing which is 65,000 per year and it is very comfortable for examples attached bathroom, 2 table and chair for the purpose of studying and cupboards for each person to keep their belongings safe. The meal quality is poor and if you get used to it, you will not have a problem with that and the menu will change each month and the non-veg meal is given each Sunday. The hostel registration is simply that just by telling the management if you need one and there are many options to choose from a hostel based on affordability like 4 sharing, 3 sharing, 6 sharing, 10 sharing, 2 sharing, etc., Each with their own cost
