Remarks
This university is located at a prime location wherein it's very easy if you travel by train, bus, or private vehicle. I basically choose it over Ness Wadia because it was closer to my house Good things include 1 Outstanding faculty 2 Good campus life 3 Anti-ragging committee 4 Affiliated with Pune University 5. Chance to go abroad with scholarship Bad aspect include 1. Average Crowd 2 Annual fees are too much expensive 3. Its does not have that reputation as BMCC or Ness Wadia Reason to prefer this Firstly the campus is osm Faculty includes foreign profs It's easy for every day up down No uniform Autonomous that means admission process is simple It does not have that reputation but its a great college its actually one of the best to go for I got to know about this college from a various website that includes collegedunia Siksha etc
Course Curriculum Overview
I here in Dy is pursuing BBA IB that is BBA in International Business. I choose it because IB is in boom nowadays also this Field has generated a lot of opportunities to make your career abroad. IB covers various fields that means you have a lot of career opportunities in the future that includes Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Manager at various Field including Aviation in which you can become an Airport Manager. The annual income after MBA in IB for a person starts at around 8 lakhs and has no limit whatsoever The student-teacher ratio here is 1:3 Teaching is awesome and profs are well qualified being an international university few of profs are from abroad that means the college somewhat functions like the Dy University situated in abroad ie in the UK The papers are set by Pune University so you can't be lazy at all, because if you fail its not a deemed university that will pass you further if you fail you won't be able to study further academic year. Papers are neither tough nor easy in short.
Internships Opportunities
As I am in the first year I don't know much about an internship but its mostly in your second or final year for which you have to enroll in companies and the college will help you with that
Placement Experience
Placements are very good From second semester you become eligible for placements Companies like Wipro, Mphasis, TechMahindra, Tata, Mahindra are the companies that come for placements After getting the degree I am planning to clear CAT Examination with 90+ percentile so that I get a good college to persue MBA
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know much about scholarship but yes as every college has it you might get it, considering the sport and your performance. Placement here is good but for BBA student I will suggest you to further study and prepare for CAT and persue MBA after which your annual income will be triple the one you get after BBA Cost to study is all included in the fees structure for which you have to visit the college or get info from their official website, I can tell you but it might change until you read this which can mislead you Financial assistance is decent and they provide you the facility to pay the fees in 4 installments. I haven't received any job yet because I am in my First Year but the placements are good
Campus Life
Campus life is too good, cleanliness is very well maintained, the staff is very good, the crowd is good and the canteen is as big as a mall wherein you have various snacks and lunch available. Books and journals are easily and all of them are available in college itself for every college there is a different library which means for BBA we have a separate library for Engineering and pharmacy we have different libraries. Sports are highly encouraged, and here we play a ton of sports including Cricket, basketball, football, kabaddi, etc and they provide you with various opportunity to play further at higher levels There is anti-ragging committee, also event management committee we have coordinators as well, etc
Admission
Autonomous
Interview Experience
The admission process is very simple Either you can do it online or offline Online process. Firstly you have to register on their website And then there are details that you have to fill which include your Phone no, Address, SSC and HSC result, Parents details, etc After that, you have to pay RS 1000 for applying And then you will receive a call from Dy Patil and your Personal Interview will be scheduled. After your Personal Interview, based on your HSC result and Pi Score you will receive an offer letter from the college, if your score is good you will immediately get the offer letter and if not you will have to wait to receive the offer letter So now I have described the criteria And to prepare for a Personal Interview, all you have to do is have depth information about the course you are applying because on that you will be questioned also practice and improve your communication skills and it's important that you know to speak english fluently.
