Course Curriculum Overview

MBBS is very busy. There are nine semesters. Thus, after the practical examinations, we must answer the nine-semester exams that have subjective structure. Part I and II of the MBBS Part I and II. The second MBBS will be a year and a half.

Placement Experience

There is a mandatory internship for one year after completing MBBS (all medical colleges), which enroll students in variable periods in all disciplines. The stipend as an intern is Rs 20,000 per month.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Possible. Each student must pay 40,000 semester. The OBC, SC, SC, and other backward castes are half the fees paid by ordinary people. As PG students, doctors get a stipend. The college provide good facility in this amount.

Campus Life

Since the college is under the jurisdiction of the University of Goa, the University of Goa hosts several university sports programs for all colleges within its jurisdiction. There are football, basketball, cricket, swimming, table tennis and badminton

Admission

After the 12th board exam, I answered the Medical Entrance Test, Meet Exam. Goa got the best score and the 13th rank. Admission was awarded on the basis of merit. She entered the first round. The percentage of 12th boards is not calculated but must be at least 50% to qualify

Faculty

Very nice. Each issue is basically a department comprising physicians who educate and treat patients in the hospital. In clinics, teachers teach students the same way they treat patients. They always support and motivate us to do better in academics.

Placement Experience:

The student is eligible for campus placement since 7th semester. The companies that visit the campus are Google, Samsung, Meta, Apple, Nvidia, IBM, Mercedes Benz and many more. The percentage of placement is around 84%. My plan after getting the degree is higher studies

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

Bits Goa good or not

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

Oldest Medical College in Asia

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is cbme based this meets the international standards and students can attampt usmle aslo. The course give u exposure to real world scenarios. The course is good as it is. The exams take place every semester and end of the year finals. Moderately difficult to clear.

The curriculum is really fun and subjects are also related and is fun to learn and understand but the only subject which is not related to the course and is a burden is the Hindi which is an add on according to the new nep otherwise the subjects are good and fun to learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

I myself wanted to bebin this course as it has bright scope. It is very attractive in real world. the area needed to be cleaned and well maintained and hygiened as well. And the class timing are not good enough . They keep classes as they want.

Bits goa brief review

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good because we have two compulsory internships called practice school to make us industry ready after the second year summer for 2 months and one semester in the 4th or 5th year placements start since 7th semester itself were most get offers in PPO thright the internships. 248 companies visited along with 631 students placed the average is 2083000 and median is 1650000. 76 percent of students got placed highest was 80lpa. I plan to get a job

Me choosing this course was totally interest oriented as I wanted anything that would include medical science wherein Ill be able to help the people who would suffering through certain problems Our course is eye related and provides the primary care and diagnoses related to refractive error and other ocular diseases The difficulty is not as harsh as MBBS course bt is not as that easy as well so one shouldbnot take the course easy and sincerely give in their hundred percent in it

The college adheres to NMC guidelines and we are following CBME. It is well planed and well executed. Plenty of dummy models to practice on and very good practical classes in wards. Exams are not too tough, they test your clinical acumen

I choose this college over other colleges beacause its year of establishment is 1852, but i found that year of establishment doesn't matter in MBBS as much we think. Admission process is too easy. Bachelor of optometry in Goa medical college

I wanted to try for armed forced medical college as I wanted to serve the army along with the medicine and other requirements but was not possible as I couldn't score much in neet and I had to settle for whatever I was getting and I was happy with it. I picked GMC over other colleges as it has a high patient load, good OPDs and excellent facilities. In vitro fertilisation is done for free and it's the oldest medical college in Asia.
