Life at Jaypee institute of information technology.

My college is actually in sector 128, Noida the other branch of JIIT. So, it's small in infrastructure and there are not so many places around the campus where the students can go hangout. But if we talk about education, the teachers are good at least of my core branch which is ece. The exams are also good and the environment which they give is also satisfactory. According to me, it isn't degrading or one can lose focus overstudies. Batch mates and the crowd is also appreciable.

The faculty members are great, according to me, as they are friendly and ready to help anytime. The student ratio is also good, I mean, the boy's girls ratio is almost equal so there is no point of discrimination or inequality. The teaching method of the faculty members is good and all of them are either Ph.D. professors or doing a PhD under some well-known professor.

From semester 7 students become eligible and they sit for company placements. A lot of companies visit our campus. Some of them are Amazon, Deloitte, Adobe, Morgan Stanley, coviam, ZS, Icertis. The highest package till now was 48 lakh offered by Amazon. then there is adobe which too offers a good package of 25-30lakh. Morgan Stanley to offers 25lakh. Almost 90-95% gets placed. After getting the degree, I am looking for a good job or maybe an MBA.

The fees is ofcourse a bit high because they cost 2 lakh for one single semester, so that part feels like a little non acceptable.

The fest which happens in both the campuses i.e sector 62 and sector 128 are good. All the students have a really good time. The availability of books in the library is also satisfactory. Besides that, they have newspapers, magazines, novels so if anyone wants to read it free time, they can. The extracurricular activities also do happens on the campus in the form of various quizzes, sporting events. There are many social groups or clubs which are run by students themselves. Some of them are a dance club which is called vamunique, then there is a singing club which is fortissimo, an art club called Akriti, the bhangra club.
