Entrance Preview

I have appeared for university entrance test and i scored good marks and i was selected. It was great thing because it is national wide exam, from all over the country people write exam and i am very happy that i was one of the 20 people who got a chance to study in a prestigious university. I choose this because this is a very prestigious university in India, not only in country but also all over the world it is renowned.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

We have gone through a toughest course ever since our life. The university has a vest syllabus to complete and student has to go through it thoroughly. It was 2 year course and the first year it self we have huge number of subjects to complete and the second year staring onward we have project also. I am listing out the subjects following below.

Internships Opportunities

Generally we get 1000 rs per month. and the stipend was regular and you have chance to get state scholarship for your studies. I was regular and very systematic. At that time 1000 bucks are huge for the person who gets money from home also.

Placement Experience

4.5

We have good placement cell in our campus. Every year we use to invite them for the campus selections. We use to go for higher studies rather that going for a job, most of us are perusing Ph.D now. Still we got some opportunities to get a job. The list of the companies given below. Velammal educational institutions dupont and some famous renowned IT companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We have only nominal fees like 2000 rs per semester. It was too less for the facilities we have in our university. We have good infrastructure and good facilities and good teachers good lab, good environment also, a very broad scope positive vibrations still we have a pay 2000 per semester .Only and last but not the least university fellowship is 1000 per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

University it self gives you fellowship and it allows you to apply for any scholarship as we applied for state board scholar ship. We have good facilities and the people in the office are very informative and helpful.

Exam Structure

The exams were to tough and if you read well only u can get good marks. But all the questions are brain storms you have to think and answer other wise u will be in mess.

Faculty

4.5

This university is one of the prestigious university in india. The faculty were very much sound in terms of knowledge and they are very encouraging and loving teacher i have seen ever. The standards of the university is very high and now we have a very sophisticated labs and building for life sciences. The faculty are very good at science and we have a renowned scientist in the university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The geology has very significant importance to human in more ways but the Geology related jobs are very less in state government and central government. Few geology related companies are give opportunities to students wit. Internships and also provide jobs with tough exam and interview. The companies are Geological Survey of India and NGRI etc.. we expect that jobs in state government jobs but very less in state government in geology related jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite relevant and comprehensive offering a balanced combination of theoretical and practical knowledge for learning. This curriculum helps in developing both conceptual clarity and analytical skills and prepare students well for real - world challenges as well as higher academic pursuits. This curriculum is strong and valuable. The frequency and timing of exams are generally reasonable though at times.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is an amazing course. Helps me understand the concept very deeply the curriculum is also really good. Every teacher has their own way of teaching some can improve but it is fine we can try to study and understand by ourselves a bit. When it comes to internals its of 20 marks we have as such three of them for one sem and avg of 10 is taken from it internals are of 1hr and externals will be about 2hrs 30mins and labs of 3hrs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the biotechnology course includes all the relevant topics needed to gain information about the subject. The curriculum also includes currently developing topics of interest which may gain popularity in the future (like bioinformatics). It thoroughly prepares us for real world applications as we gain exposure to various fields of interest in the subject and get a hands-on training in the subject. Ab area i would like to suggest for improvement is to alot equal no. Of periods to different papers in the subject as each topic has its own value in the academic and career purpose. The internals are conducted every month within a duration of 1 hour for each paper. there are currently 4 internals for our batch, each of 10 marks. The externals or the end semester exams are conducted at the end of the semester approx 6 months, which are of 50 marks. 10 marks is alloted for attendance, bringing the total to 1000.
