Finally a good college , for a peacefull life. Students seeking job will get surely placed in at least one company if he's thorough in his field. One of the major bad opinion I have is due to high level of freedom , students will become lazy in studying.
Entrance Preview
I took Common entrance test (CET) which is conducted by Karnataka Examination authority (KEA) in the year 2011. I got Engineering Ranking: 1153 in the exam. So I decided to choose the best college. BMSCE is one among topmost private colleges in Karanataka State. Any many of my friends were graduated from the same college and well settled now. I found BMSCE a great place to get education as well as enjoy the college life. Admission process is simple like any other college. CET, COMEDK students and even who can afford lacks of rupees can join for management seats.
Course Curriculum Overview
As an autonomous college, syllabus is decided by the senior faculty members only. Hence they will choose current trends like Android , Cloud computing, Big data related topics, which is very very important for Currier growth. Faculties are Good enough to teach an average student. They all come with preparation. Even they can be reachable at any time after teaching.
Internships Opportunities
Once I got an internship opportunity in Morgan Stanley from the recommendation from one of our teaching faculty. Its a good experience to work while studying. Stipend varies from Company to Company and Role to role. I got 15k per month for 3 months.
Placement Experience
Our college has a separate placement cell, which will manage all the placement related activities. They will invite each and every company which are hiring. Among 90-95% people got placed in 2015 batch. Some are not attended placements because of higher study plans. Around 149 companies came into college last year. Highest paid company was NetApp package offerd around 14lpa.
College Events
Utsav is an annual techno-cultural event celebrated annually. Utsav is the number 1 annual fest in and around bangalore. Around 200 colleges participate in Utsav. Its a 3 days festival. With 1 DJ night, 1day fashion show.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is a little high compared to other government collges. CET: 48,000Rs Comedk: 1,75,000Rs.Management: 3-6lpa.But almost the same fee structure in and around bangalore.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships and endowment awards awared each year. About 20 to 30 different scholarship availabe. That includes scholarship for backwards, minority peoples etc.
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome. Students will get more freedom in what they are doing. Class timings is flexible. Several extracurricular activities held every day. College has about 25 clubs. Anually ethnic day is celebrated.

College has numerous Alumni associations. Several people studied here well settled in Us, Uk etc. Melton foundation is a US alumni network of our college, visiting every year provides onsite opportunity for eligible students.
Exam Structure
