Karnataka College of Pharmacy is one of the Pharmacy college which has all the latest facilities for the students. The motto of the college is to develop extra talent and development in the students which make them different from the society.

Course Curriculum Overview

M.Pharma course is 2 years course which consists of 4 semesters. This course deal with analysis, testing and researching of drug for the disease which is caused to human body. There is huge job scope for this course.

Placement Experience

Karnataka College of Pharmacy educate and train in such a way so that almost all students get placed in known companies and hospital. Most of my seniors students got placement. I am very confident that I ll get placement after completing my course.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Admission fee of M.Pharma is around 1 Lakh rupees per year. The fee structure may be looks expensive but it is feasible when compare to other college. Karnataka College of Pharmacy don't take any other fee after admission fees except examination fee.

Campus Life

Our College give more focus on extracurricular activities. The extracurricilar activities which will be conducted are arts, athletics etc. College encourage all students to participate in these activity.

Admission

I got admission after clearing Karnataka Postgraduate common entrance Test (PGCET) conducted by Karnataka examination Authority Malleshwaram. The form will released mostly in June month and exam will be conducted in August at state level this exam conducted once in a year.

Faculty

Faculty of Karnataka college of Pharmacy are extraordinary, all professors are highly qualified. Also I find most of my teachers will trained with good friendly behaviour. Teaching process is good and classes are held regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Placement Experience:

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

One bad statement is payment. Before every examination, they will force you and force you to spend the fees. The college is quite small. Parking may be a problem. Remember to spend on parking or keep your vehicle outside the campus. University management is good. But the office faculty are a little bossy type. Everything is fine.
