Course Curriculum Overview
As the very 2nd batch B.VOC, our province that has difficulties finding capabilities for us but later during the 2nd and 3rd year, we had very professional and qualified faculties to guide us through. The curriculum is trained to provide industry-specific knowledge to the students but the first year of your desire is pretty much just the basics. We composed the industrial visit during the three years of the degree and multiple inter-college animation and art fest every year.
Placement Experience
There is no placement provided to the B. Voc. students currently. Although every 6th-semester student has to finalize an internship of 400 hours to finalize their whole degree. The department does help you by providing contacts to multiple companies for this purpose or they can go through the Internshala to get a better internship for them.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are very expensive considered the facility the college management is providing. We are paid for facilities even we are not a part of our curriculum such as outreach, fieldwork, etc which is more notable for another degree students in the institution.
Campus Life
Currently, there is construction work is building everywhere on the campus. There is dust in every place. But after finalizing the construction work you will have a dazzling campus to roam around during your education. We have a huge basketball field, badminton field, cricket field, and Outfit room. The campus is very friendly and open to students of all races, religions, gender, and ethnicity.
Admission
I had got shortlisted for this college after achieving a merit in my schooling board. This is the best college according to my point of view the management is very decent. Good means of communication. I chose the B.voc course in digital media to enhance my skillset in the field of graphics and animation as well.
Faculty
Currently, the B.voc department of St.josephs college does not have the required permanent faculties but they have industry professionals as guest instructors. The department tries its best to provide the best for their students. Even though the college management has neglective behavior towards the department.
