Remarks
This particular university had some good faculties and the institute was not much modernized but had good academic and job opportunities with on average pay for the final year students. Students passed out from this institute never regrets.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum seemed tough in the first year and tougher in the second but the faculties are very helpful and teach the correct way to complete the course. Also, the exam structure was the final exams exam every year and internal exam just before it so that students get an overall idea about final exams.
Placement Experience
MBBS is a five-year course offered by this university in which there is a mandatory internship of 6 months so students get work experience by interacting with the people admitted and came for a regular check-up. The job and placements after that are many as the student has a little of work experience at the hospital. I know about a senior who got an offer to work at the hospital as in the internship period and the experience was great with stipend also.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is moderate as the university provides options of paying the fees in installments and also by deferred payment. Students generally pay the fees at the starting of the academic year but some students are given sections to pay fees in a certain duration.
Campus Life
A live workshop on incisional hernia, also the prime minister visited this university for felicitation program and motivated students for education. Apart from that, students organize and celebrate national and several regional events and festivals at the campus only due to vibrant and equal student diversity.
Alumni/Alumna
My experience with the university seniors was a little different as I got the chance to talk a senior in a seminar. From that day they are very supportive. Also, once I managed to talk with an alumni student in my field. He was doing a job at a reputed firm and gave quite a good visit to the university in five minutes.
Admission
I applied for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of surgery based on my 12th score and the result of NEET-UG. The minimum cot off was 134 and luckily I got admission. The admission process was completely online and for student-friendly experience, the university has mentioned all the steps regarding it. The process is quite moderate but you have to submit all the academic documents.
Faculty
Faculty at the university were curriculum oriented and had complete knowledge about a particular subject as the students have to meet a specific faculty for every subject. As well all the faculties were excellent in their specific field and section of interest.
