College learning and experiences

Overall experience is very good, also have good connectivity with nearby metro and other facility.

Entrance Exam GATE. AIR: 99For pursuing Master's in Engineering .After completing my graduation in Electronics and Instrumentation, I was keen to pursue masters in Instrumentation, for that I appeared GATE. For Master's I had option in IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi and NIT Trichy, because these are known good for instrumentation.

Courses offers a lot of electives to choose from Microelectronis ,Bio-medical Instrument ,Embedded Systems, Networking, Display Devices ,Laser Based Devices.

In our discipline, no company was there for internship, we have done at our college itself during summer vacation. We took up few simulation project.For other branches, companies like Nvidia, Ti, ST came for internship, they offered an stipend of around 10k-25k.

For our discipline, out of 6 job aspirant 5 got placed, and other got job off campus.Companies for placement Toshiba, Cypress, Itaas, Samsung.Package: Varied from 7 lac to 12 lac.

Technical fest happens during march of every year, which is at national level. Other colleges from different colleges came for competition. Cultural fest Rendezvous happens during autumn break, other college in delhi used to participate in events like modeling, dj night and other event.

Fee structure is feasible not very expensive.College fee is around 7000 per semester. No other fee is required.During admission one time payment of 15000 is required.

Many internal scholarship is available for student from poor family. Also any bank will offer loan for IIT students.

Complete sport complex is available for all kinds of sports. Lot of parties are happening over. Robotics competition used to happen during technical festival.

Alumni group is very co-operative, senior students will provide you proper guidance. With your alumni you can use many of IIT's facilities, like guest house, sport complex.

It is quite chilled out experience, 2 minor and a major exam per semester.Same is valid for lab subject also.

Faculty is very co-operative, they allow you to work as per your convenience. You can share your any random idea with them, if it is feasible they will take it further.
