My Journey with ADAC&RI

The college management is pretty good. Teaching is very good, infrastructure is well maintained. It is well disciplined and regulatory too. Our college is very good at imparting practical knowledge. The female students are in safe hands and are provided with the best safety measures.

The course is quite vast and extensive. The curriculum offers almost 10 subjects per semester. Apart from Agriculture, many different fields are available such as agronomy, farm machinery, extension, forestry, horticulture, etc. The examinations are based on the semester wise system.

Internships and placements are offered to the final year students in various industrial sectors. B.Sc. in Agriculture gives way to write bank exam in the agriculture sector. The staff is very supportive and provides training to the students for campus placements.

The college conducts many events throughout the year. There are cultural events with the name of the functions as muththamil vila, freedom, kondattam, and the college also conducts an inter collegiate sports day every year.

The course is for a duration of 4 years and the fee per year is 48,606 INR. It can be paid in installments. The fee for the industrial quota and the NRI quota is different from the normal fee. It is quite feasible in consideration of the curriculum.

Students who are eligible to apply for the scholarship with appropriate documents will receive the scholarship each year. Students can even apply for farmers scholarship fee reduction for the first graduate.

Along with studies, the college is also in favour of extra curricular activities and provides the students with sports, NCC, Computer lab, library which are all looked after well. They also conduct an annual fest along with other festivals.

The hostel infrastructure is really good and well maintained. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The college provides the students with cupboards with locks as a safety measure. They have also provided us with cleaners who clean the hostel thrice a week.

The seniors and the Alumni of the college are very helpful and notable people. The alumni come to the campus and conduct seminars and workshops to share their experience in their field of excellence and pass on wisdom.

The admission in this college is based on merit. The eligibility criteria to gain admission is 10+2 with minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized university. . The University has an offline as well as an online application form.

The faculty in our college is thorough and well educated in their area of expertise. The professors are congenial and always up for doubt solving sessions. The teaching is executed very well and and the environment is hospitable.
