stress free and worth it

The college provided me with the educational degree while working in a company, with the best faculty. I was able to fulfill my MBA dream without giving up my working profile which enabled me to get promoted at my organisation. The education was helpful with stress free curriculum.

The course is 4 semesters long, and divided in 2 years. At the end of each year examinations were taken. The curriculum for the correspondence was easy and stress free. We had 4-5 subjects in one year, 1 week classes were conducted before examination to let us know the important topics and study accordingly. The online classes and question papers were given to let us practice. The timing was not a problem, every student could start their session according to their time.

The institute did not have any placement cell as it was distance learning and we were only granted the degree on the basis of our own merit. Students who were already working or had prior commitments studied in this institute. It was not a regular college, hence no internships or degrees were given. However recommendation letters were provided by the Scholar staff for further promotions or job opportunities.

The institute did not celebrate any events. The only event celebrated at a minimal scale was convocation ceremony when the teachers honored students with their degrees. The festivals were celebrated not at a larger scale, institute used to get decorated by the staff and some volunteer students. To take part in any work, it was upto the student's will.

The fees was submitted annually, in the starting of the new semester. the total fees for first year was INR 21,040 which included all the expenses. The total fees was around INR 50,000 approximately. It could be submitted offline to the college through DD or Cheque or online through e-challan or debit/credit payments.

The institute was build nicely with a good infrastructure, with a large playground where students would chill and release stress pre or post exams. The library had all the required books and text books for the staff and students, their were not any lab services. The canteen used to open for 2-4 hours and the food was always fresh. Their were not any activities which students could perform as the campus was just for gaining education.

Their was no accommodation for hostel in the campus as this was a distance learning institute however, their were a lot of PGs and Private hostels for the student's accommodation which were a safe and secure place. The price range was between INR 500 to INR 2500 per month depending upon the type of room students preferred.

The alumni was subtle and helpful whenever they used to come, their were no official meets. Occasionally students would interact with ex-seniors and they used to tell us their job profiles and exposure after the degree. All were polite. We did not have any lectures delivered by them.

After my graduation i applied to the Shivaji university via online application process, in the MBA course of human resources. After filling up the required details with the attached documents i was called to the campus to submit the authentic documents along with the first year fees. The admission process was easy and did not require any entrance examination, only 50% in my bachelor's was enough to be eligible.

The faculty at the college was very helpful and humble, they used to solve all our queries through online chat portals, we could visit them personally in the university and they were always ready to help, all were well qualified and nobles. They were fluent in english and that made communication easier.
