Course Curriculum Overview
Covered all the topics one may need in their future job. Entire curriculum is very well divided in six semesters. Basic and easy parts are covered in first semester. The difficulty of curriculum increases with every sememster. The final semester is for internship only.
Internships Opportunities
Internship was a good learning experience but got no stipend. We worked on a live project of creating an ERP system for government colleges and universities including IITs and IIMs.
Placement Experience
This mostly depends on the market condition but during my time despite of recession 50% students were placed. Placements percentage should have increased by now.
College Events
Annual fest falls in autumn other cultural and technical fest are organized by various departments and faculties goes on for the rest of the year. There are some international events on calendar with frequent science seminars.
Fees and Financial Aid
Various scholarships are offered throughout the university. Toppers of all the course will get some scholarship. One can apply for any of the various scholarships if they come from backward economic background.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is different for different courses. There are annual hostel parties. The environment of college is tolerant. The students come from a diverse culture and background. Staff is also impartial and does not give special preference to any sect or community.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel 8/10. Mess 6/10 Infrastructure 8/10 Rooms are on sharing basis. Hostel is also equipped with various sports facilities. There is an yearly hostel party. Also there is a night curfew and no girls allowed.
Exam Structure
Examination schedule was manageable. Students have sufficient time to answers all the queations and during lab exam. Question papar were internally designed and checker was also mostly internal.
Faculty
Most of the faculty is commited to impart best education and for the rest of the faculty they don't deserve any teaching job. Labs are well equipped. Some of the faculties are very interactive while other facilities sticks to their notes.
