Remarks

The college management is extremely helpful and they guide us in every possible ways. They are very polite and are there for everything.

Entrance Preview

I took CMAT ansd scored 90percentile. I opted for this particular college because of its unique curriculum and pioneer status/name in the firld of sustainability and enviornment.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very innovative. It teaches us about the most relevant business the surrounding. It provid us with the knowledge to create value for the society while making money for yourself.

Internships Opportunities

Since I am in my first semester, no internship drives yet. But as got to hear from the seniors, many consultancies come for the internships and mostly enviornment related companies. They offer a good stipend of 15-25000 INR on average.

Placement Experience

As got to know from the seniors, many companies come for placements and offer very good packages like starting from 7lakh on average to 15lakh on average.

College Events

Many college events are celebrated in our college like the ethnic day, book fair, student conclaves and farewells and freshers. Every course has its student conclave which is an inter-college fest.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there are loan facilities from the college for the students also there are scholarships for many courses. The college is very helpful and helps a lot in getting loan.

Campus Life

The campus life is amazing. there is so much to learn every other second. There are many labs and fully equipped and sports is a part of the college and also we celebrate sports day.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors and alumni network is very good and helpful. They always guide us and help us in every possible ways. They also help us in our internships and placements.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is credit based and don't pressurize students and let us enjoy our space and learn new and different things. There are assignment submissions ans minor major exams for evaluation.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is the best part. A lot of experience with so much of amazing thoughts. They make us think innovative. Help us in every possible ways they can.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.
