Remarks

This institute offers post graduate courses in eight disciplines. Campus have academic block, hospital building, library, pharmacy, administrative block, herbal garden, animal house, guest house, indoor games hall Hostels etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is for three years. My first year curriculum has basic knowledge of research and statistics. Also we have to prepare thesis and submit and last year curriculum is on for classical Unani drugs.

Placement Experience

Normally placement happen but many of senior students have selected for government sector as a medical officer and lecturers. few students are running their own clinic and some students are doing Ph.D.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure of this college is very much affordable for everyone, college just take 53,000 rs for one year which is very much feasible, which including all fee except examination fee and examination fee is very less.

Campus Life

College have outdoor game and indoor game campus. College celebrates Annual day world Health day, AIDS day along with sports and cultural activity.Purpose to celebrate these day is to give opportunities to showcase your extracurricular activities

Admission

To get admission in NIUM for MD course i have appeared in entrance examination called NIUM PGET. To get admission in college students are required to qualify the BUMS degree with a minimum of 55% marks from recognized university.

Faculty of this college is really good. Faculty of my college are very knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly. There are about one teacher for one student in this college. All teacher are well qualified and very supportive.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
