Remarks
It has a mesmerizing infrastructure along with hygienic food provided by the canteen. You get to be in a positive surrounding with some really amazing people. Apart from that it helps an individual build networking and having some good friends who belong to a good family.
Course Curriculum Overview
get exposure for both BTech & MBA. For Btech you need to complete an internship of 2 months & for MBA internship of 4 months both are mandatory & you need to look for internship own your own. Industrial visit was not relevant to my course however is you have good industrial contacts you can request Hood for visit.
Placement Experience
We have good placement in our college. Most of the students from our college are placed in top recruiting companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Nestle, Haldiram etc. The highest salary package offered was 16 Lacs per year and the lowest was 5.5 Lacs per year. We have so many internships at our college and there are many companies which provide it.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure would be called little expensive being a private university and under the name of SVKM, the university fees structure is expensive like the course I? pursuing is 3L p.a. following with BBA and BCom honours.
Campus Life
Talking about sports, we do not possess a huge campus with various grounds or such but they do encourage us to participate in various tournaments. The computer lab is pretty good since every computer works perfectly.
Hostel Facilities
I live in a one hall kitchen rented apartment. It is near my college which makes things easier for me. Taking about its rent, I cannot tell it since it is confidential. But Yes, it is cheaper than the hostel they (NMIMS) provides.
Admission
The minimum percentage to enter this course is 70%. I gave the interview and managed to pull it off. A letter of was confirmation was sent to my house in which you have to confirm your seat (entry) in the very course and I did. I also appeared for other college's entrance exam as well. And I was able to clear them all. Such as NPAT for Btech, Manipal, Amity, etc. But I found this course the best and decided to go with it.
Faculty
Faculty members of our college are highly qualified with a doctorate and mostly with a good deal of industry experience and connections. The course curriculum is very much relevant to the industry. It is not just at the technical level but also, they teach you soft skills which are relevant to the industry. HBS curriculum is a real-life case study-based learning.
