Course Curriculum Overview
The B.A B.Ed course is an integrated course of 4 years which will immediately prepare you for a career in teaching. In Maulana Azad University, learning Hindi, English and Environmental Studies is a must. Then you can choose your specialization for B.A as you wish.
Placement Experience
Placements are excellent in our university and a number of companies visit every year. Not only private companies, the university makes sure we get a fair chance at cracking government jobs as well. We have classmates working at Microsoft!
Fee Structure And Facilities
The integrated B.A B.Ed course costs Rs 72,500 in total, so the annual cost is around Rs 18,000. Since it combines two degrees, it does not seem to be too much to pay. However, the university does give concessions which you may check out.
Fees and Financial Aid
When it comes to scholarships and concessions, I can proudly say our college is one of the best in the department. Since the welfare of women is one of the major pillars of the university's vision of the university, there are scholarships for female students, widows and female divorcees.
Campus Life
The college organises a plethora of different events- both academic and co-curricular every year. Very recently, we had a Woman Techmaker? event and a Career Fair in college. The university also provides a healthy environment, with people from a variety of social strata, religion and ethnicity mingling among themselves.
Admission
There are two ways to enter Maulana Azad University in Jodhpur- either via their entrance exam MAUCET or via merit list using your Class 12 examination marks (if you have scored 50% and above in it). I secured admission via my marks in my Class 12 board examination.
Faculty
The faculty is quite capable in our college and all professors are helpful when it comes to bailing out students before exams. You will never be turned back by teachers who give crisp notes to help your preparation.
