My experience with IIM.

This institute always has a positive remark from the students and also faculties. This college is remarkable on the basis of faculty, courses that it offers and also the beautiful infrastructure. It also provides a good scholarship for the the eligible students based on the merits so that they can have a great future ahead. I must say that this college is best from all the aspects.

I opted for Executive Fellow Programme in Management. The courses really get and it focused on the researches which I wanted to do. As I already had a professional idea because of my job I could relate my studies with the experience that I had. This is one of the main reasons why they allow students are candidates who has a professional experience.

When you do something better t gives you the best. IIM Lucknow Noida campus guarantees 100% placement for students; Rs 58.47 lakh international job offer. E-commerce such as Amazon and Flipkart were among the top recruiters at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, which managed 100 per cent final placements for students of its 2018-20 post graduate programme. More than 140 companies attended the IIM recruitment drive. USA, Dubai, Africa, Qatar and Africa were among the international job locations offered to students of IIM. Bosch, FIITJEE, Indigo, JCB India, Magicbricks.com and state-owned ONGC were among the more than 25 companies that attend IIM-L? recruitment drive.

The fee for executive fellow programme in management that I paid was INR 6 lacs. It's a course of one year. I would consider that the fee is quite high but the main reason for it is because I am provides quality education to the students and to provide such education the also need quality professors. For quality professor's they have to pay sum of amount. Even though IIM is a government institute but all the ions do not run under government. I would agree that everyone cannot effort it because it is quite expensive but their educational loans and scholarships which are provided for the students.

I've a good knowledge about the scholarship and the loan facilities. IIM Lucknow has given scholarships for up to 15% of the student based on merit and family income. Any student, who belong to the reserved category, whose total annual family income does not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- is eligible for consideration of these scholarships. Students are chosen from the eligible candidates in order of merit, for a period of one academic year at a time. The scholarship includes the Tuition fee component of the total fees charged by the Institute in the year awarded, and is subject to maintaining the stipulated standards of academic performance. The Government of India SC/ST Scholarships of Rs. 1500/- per annum are available to all SC/ST students admitted to the programme.

Extra Curricular activity is always important according to IIM. They don't only focus on the studies but also focus on the activities for the betterment of the students. As IIM is a B-School it conductor extra curricular activities such as fund-raising work, mentoring a teenager, teaching a student, volunteer work, teaching a class coaching a sports team. It also conducts parties such as 'Pravaah' and 'Subharambh'.

I've opted for the hostel and I must say that IIM hostels are eco friendly and it gives a homely feeling to the students with all the facilities. Hostels are clean and spacious. Single rooms are provided to every student and the privacy is maintained. Basic amenities such as water cooler geysers washing machine is provided so that the student does not face any problems inside the hostel. They also provide free Wi-Fi connection for their students. It is not compulsory for all the students to stay in the hostel accept the IIM Indore and IIM Bangalore. As far as IIM Lucknow Noida campus is concerned students are not forced to stay in the hostel. Noida campus has 92 air-conditioned rooms, designed exclusively for the Executive Education. Each room is furnished with LCD TV, tea ?coffee making facility and other basic amenities.

Indian Institute of Management is a dream for most of the students in India. I had applied online with required information. I was shortlisted and was called for personal interview based on my academic record. I was selected based on academic record and performance in personal interview. I also had professional qualifications of CA and candidates with ICWA and CS (for Finance area) with a minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized University can also apply. Even I had a minimum of 55% marks in my public examinations starting with my secondary level.

Teachers have three loves: love of learning, love of learners, and the love of bringing the first two loves together. IIM teachers bring the two lovers together. They always encouraged and motivate their students to perform their work in the best ways possible. They are highly qualified professors who follow different teaching styles so that the learning is not boring for the students.
