Remarks
The entire campus is air-conditioned. The Wi-Fi speed is decent. There is a medical room available, and the college has a tie-up with a hospital nearby. There is negligible sports equipment, but students can play sports in the ground area. Overall things are fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the course consist of preparing and developing a mindset of the students and prospective designers and improving their taste in fashion. Even a lot of fun activities that includes improving creativity are played a lot and is a part of the course curriculum. This has helped me a lot to clear my course till now.
Placement Experience
Placements are up to the mark as there are very few students in the college. So everyone gets placed in top Indian companies. There is also a mandatory internship. It helps to get the required work experience. The college also conducts a student exchange programme as it has tie-ups with a European university. There is also many designers and fashion experts looking to hire students from our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are pretty decent though there are alot of expenses other than the tution fees of the college cz all the students have to buy their materials on their own. The college may help students with the name of shops and the materials are expensive so the fees per annum are Rs 1 lakh but other expenses make it to 1.5 lakhs.
Campus Life
The classrooms are in good conditions. The college provides design labs and project arena. The canteen is also good. The college does not provide any hostel facility, so students need to look for their accommodation. The college provides everything needed to explore and innovate. The college does not have many sports facility, and entry cannot be done without id cards.
Admission
The minimum eligibility to apply for Bachelor? courses is 10+2 or equivalent in any stream with 50% marks. Applicants to UG & PG courses will have to appear in General Proficiency Test (GPT) or Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Final selection for professional program is based on personal interview.
Faculty
Teachers are very friendly and very helpful. Teaching is done mostly in a practical way with case studies and projects. The college conducts lots of industrial visits across and near Mumbai, different cities and even to countries like Sri Lanka, etc. The student to teacher ratio is around 5:1. The course curriculum is updated and also have on-call teachers for additional help.
