Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite similar to other colleges, just the structured order may vary. The entire course is of 2 years, divided into 2 semesters/year. Labs are well-built and if you are a research enthusiast, you will find your place in the college.
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities is quite okayish. Through the Alumni network, getting internships is quite easy. But, the number of companies approaching is quite less for my branch, so for me, it's not above the bar.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of my branch or any other branch is quite cheap compared to other colleges out there. For me, it cost only around 7000 rupees, which covers my tuition, library, and all miscellaneous fees.
Campus Life
For extra-curricular activities, I usually play badminton with my friends during free hours. Some are quite interested in research, so they can be mostly found in labs. We do have our own annual sports meet where we all compete.
Admission
I wanted to do M.Sc after B.Sc, so I chose to apply for Bastar University as it was more convenient and better choice over other colleges for me. The admission takes place via university counseling whose cut-off is around 50% aggregate. Next, it all depends if you made it in the merit list.
Faculty
The faculty are highly educated and have national and international awards, so you can say they are quite good compared to other universities in Chattisgarh. There are few guest lecturers, but I personally don't enjoy it.
