Remarks

The college provided the best education with the best teachers in the most feasible way. The exposure and experience provided by the government college was unique and made us all professionals in the pharmacy field, I would always be obliged to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was four years along with eight semesters in total, we used to study 4 to 5 subjects per semester including a non-credit course called English communication skills. The curriculum was relaxing and stressfree, we used to have lab sessions in the chemistry lab and practical examinations were conducted for the same, internal and external were taken at the end of each semester.

Placement Experience

5

The college give little placements at the end of each year, many students used to continue at the same form in which they were performing their internship for the last year. Because had high score but it was recommended to study masters after the bachelors. The teachers used to provide recommendation letters which helped us through the jobs.

College Events

4

All the cultural events and festivals, sports day, annual day, national holidays like Independence and Republic Day was celebrated at the college in great enthusiasm. All the students used to showcase their multi-talents and it helped us to know each other better. The diversity of the college was seen as unity in these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees was submitted annually and in the form of demand draft or cheque or credit/ debit card mode of payments. The first year fees was around Rs.14,000 which was very feasible because it was a government College. The total course was completed in less than a lakh with the finest faculty and education.

Campus Life

The campus was huge with big playgrounds and big multipurpose halls where the students could carry out their activities and co-curricular. The labs had all the chemicals and drugs available to let the students know the salts and all the equipment were provided for us to know the study and functioning of respective devices. The libraries were equipped with latest text books and were spacious for all the students.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel buildings were nicely constructed which separate boys and girls hostels. It had mini grounds like cartons where the students could study and feel stressed free. The rooms had basic utilities like a bed, a cupboard and a study table, the washrooms were neat and clean. The food was provided by the mess which had strict timings. Overall the hostel environment was safe and secure.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni meet used to happen every year and the seniors used to address us on their experiences and exposures in different fields. Due to the diversity we used to get know about all the possible scope and fields related to pharmacy. All were very humble and supportive.

Admission

After clearing my 12th board examinations with 85% and giving the entrance exam KCETA, I applied to the college through their official website. I fill the application form available and attached the required documents. The college called for the counselling session and I was selected for the bachelors and pharmacy course at a government College. Overall the procedure was very easy.

Faculty

5

The faculty of the college were well-known scholars and PhD holders in their respective fields. All the teachers were very humble and polite and they used to guide us properly at the time of any doubt. They all were fluent in English which led to no communication gap.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
