Remarks

The college is great and a lot of things go on at a time. The entire year is preplanned and is filled with enthusiasm and surprises. Its good for anyone who is seeking a good career in their respective fields.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course lasts upto 3 years during which genomics and proteomics; molecular genetics of human diseases; cell & tissue culture; nutraceutical food and beverages; handling of labile fermentation based compounds and so on are taught. Its a semester pattern which consists of practicals, theory and research.

Placement Experience

The students have the options to apply for LaboratoryManager/Consultant/supervisor, Hospital Outreach and so on. Companies such as Perkin Elmer, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mettlar Toledo, Millipore and Imperial Life Sciences require such students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for this course is 30,500 rupees for 1st semester and the rest of the semesters has 22,000 rupees. The fees is feasible because along with it a lot of facilities like laboratory and equipments are also provided.

Campus Life

The college offers various extracurricular activities in all the departments. They have their own farewell and freshers parties. There is a grand convocation ceremonies, cultural events and fests as well.

Admission

This course has a lot of scope in the future. The admission process is simple. Just go to the college website and fill out the application form, attach all the documents and pay the fees via bank transfer. The merit list is put up for the courses and admissions are given accordingly.

Faculty

There are total 11 professors and all of them possess a doctoral degree. They are well versed in subjects related to biotechnology and provide whatever extra help is needed to increase students participation.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of Delhi University was fabulous well educated professors were there and in chandigarh University too the faculty is quite good and helping in nature. Faculty is always ready to help students at both universities. They teaching style is fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University and some internal tests and practical file marks were there butin chandigarh University we have exams every month this must be changed
