Very good institute.

It was a two year course which was divided into four semester. The curriculum includes case studies, group activities, mid term test, class test, assignment, viva. There are Internal assessment, final examination and practicals which was conducted by the institute. Final examinations are conducted twice in a year.

Most of the students after completing their course are found very successful in their career. Many job opportunities are in this field as Nutritionist in Gymnasium and sports activities, Nutritionist in Hospitals as clinical dieticians, Nutritionist in food industry and pharma companies. After completing my course, i got a job as a Nutritionist in the Government Health department. I was very satisfied with my job.

The total fees of the entire course was around 1,91500 lakh rupees which includes library fees, laboratory fees, admission fees. My per semester fees was around 48500 rupees. Though the fees was little expensive but i found it worthy.

The institute provides multiple opportunities for its students by organizing many extracurricular activities. Many activities like plantation programme, blood donation camp, workshops, educational tour, games and sports, competitions are organized in our institute. We participate in most of the activities. It was a fun and memorable moments for all the students.

The hostel was located in a very good location. The environment of the hostel was very clean and greenery. The Hostel was very near to the institute. Facilities like Internet facility, LCD facility, geyser, water purifier facility etc are provided by the hostel. The hostel provides very delicious and hygienic food. The environment of the hostel was very comfortable and safe.

I got admission in this institute after qualifying my bachelor degree and entrance examination. The minimum criteria was 55 percent of marks in B. SC (Nursing), MBBS, B. SC (Nutrition, Bio - chemistry, Applied Nutrition) as one of the main subjects. Candidates need to appear an entrance examination to get admission in this course. For entrance examination the minimum qualifying mark was 50 percent and 45 percent of marks for SC /ST students. The entrance examination was conducted by the institute.

Most of the teachers obtained doctorate degree. They are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Teachers are flexible. They are always ready to help us in our studies whenever we need them. They are very calm and polite.
