We have a meticulous course involving subjects like crop rotation, food production, rice production, harvest management, soil and water management and tool usage. Nevertheless, since this has been my dream for a long time, I enjoy studying these!

Placement opportunities are great here! Food production companies and fertilizer companies come every year in droves to hire from our college. Apart from that, college gives out internships to meritorious students.

Yes, since the college is a government college, there are a number of loan facilities and scholarships that can be availed of. A classmate availed of the GOI scholarship, in which the entire tuition fee is paid by the government.

There is not much diversity in the college because mostly students from Maharashtra study here. There are however a few students from other states and they take part in all fun activities and initiatives like the rest of us!

I come from a family invested in agriculture and studying agriculture has always been a dream! So when I got to know of this institute, which is really close to home, I applied immediately. All you need is to pass your 10+ with good marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

All the professors in college have a doctorate in the subjects they teach. Not only do they teach the theory well, they also believe in practical knowledge. For this we are often taken to farms around Ratnagiri or experts are brought in for guest lectures.
