College Review

Our course is of 5 years duration. There are 2 semesters per year. Our course includes depth knowledge on animals and on their behaviours. Course also includes practical trainings, clinical trainings, hospital and animal house visits and various research topics. For research our college has separate centre for research (animal biotechnology centre) which gives student a sterilized environment to practice research. Exams are conducted according to university. Course and exams both are little hectic as it includes overall knowledge & learning on animals.

There are great job opportunities in this sector. This is the only sector which never gets old. As I am in my 3rd year so dont know much about placements. But ya many seniors of our college are at good positions now. Some are doctors in veterinary hopitals while some opened their own clinic. Few get shifted abroad for higher studies.

Our college offers varieties of events and activities for students. It includes indoor & outdoor sport events, interclass cultural, literary and fine art competitions are organized during january-feburary. Convocation ceremonies are organized every year by college which give us chace to interact with our seniors. Animal health campus is organized to aware people about animals health. Haryali mahotsav, free anti rabies vaccination programme, world veterian day and so more are celebrated by the college.

The total fees of our course is 2,44,409.00 which is little expensive for low income family but feasible for an average income family. Fees can be paid through Neft or by online banking. Students have to pay their total fees at the college on the day of counselling.

Our college has ample of extracurricular activities for students. Intercollege youth festival is organised every year which includes rangoli, dance, sports, presentation nd much more competitions for students. There are various workshops are held related to academics but they are mostly handled by final year students.

According to me seniors are best here as they provide us with every thing whether its last year question paper or guide books. They help juniors in their academics. They introduce us about faculties, rules and near shopping areas. I have lots of friends in seniors here. Well it all depends on your nature and how you treat them.

I select this course over other courses as I was from science stream and i really feel love and care towards pets & animals. This course gives lots of learning about animals and opportunities in future. I got an admission in this college through state level entrance examination (Pre-veterinary & fishery test) conducted by M.P. professional examination board of bhopal. Then after documentation process i got enrolled in course.

Faculties at our college are highly skilled and professional. They help students in research and in academics. Well u cant accept much help from teachers here as they are doctorate and so professional. Overall teachers completes their whole syallabus but preparation of exam you have to do your own.
