Course Curriculum Overview

The course was built in a way in which it meets the current demands of the industry. I found it very useful and learnt many new things. Labs are also conducted often to teach new things and I learnt many new things.

Placement Experience

Our college conducts many internship to the students and they are very useful to us . Many reputed companies in the country conduct on campus drive and many of the students got placed in the company and they get good salary also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is feasible only . The fee is affordable only we pay the fee per semester that includes laboratory fee, general breakage and fee for field trips and industrial visit. They are very affordable only.

Campus Life

Yes the lab and theory class goes in a parallel way . Our college conducts cultural program, they encourage the students who participate in sports and extra curricular activities, students from other college also participate in the competition

Admission

After completing my 12th examination, I applied for this college in online and paid the registration fee, then by considering my 12th grade marks I got selected for this course. Then I got placed in this college.

Faculty

The faculties are very good and shows love and care on students. They show personal care on students and make them understand each and every concepts. All the faculties have good knowledge on subject .

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.
