Course Curriculum Overview
It is 18 months course which includes subjects like Air Regulation, Air Navigation, Principles of flight, Aviation Meteorology, Air law, Aircraft Technical knowledge, Flight planning and monitoring, Operational procedures, Communications and limitations, Radio navigation, Mass and balance, and Crew Resource Management and many others.
Placement Experience
The University has Signed 5+ MoU's with various Organizations to build future competencies required by the Indian aviation industry Rolls-Royce, Bird Group, GMR Aviation Academy, MRO Association of India. It has also Collaborated with US-India Aviation Development Program will support the University to help develop curricula. Rolls-Royce will also offer internship positions to qualified students across Rolls-Royce sites in India.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for this course is Rs.3.3 lakh . It is generally high for 18 months course but the institute offers scholarships under the name of ARDB National Merit Scholarship, Fellowships, Studentships to financially help the students.
Campus Life
The university organizes various annual events, cultural functions sporting events, club activities, participate in community service projects, and enjoy the many professional and cultural events organized in the campus. Life outside the classroom is really exciting and enhances students experience.
Admission
I applied for PG Diploma program in Airport Operations called PGDAO in this institute and was selected on the entrance basis i.e marks obtained in the exam conducted by the university. Application form is to be filled online on the university? website with the application fee.
